Opening a lens, reading a result, accepting or rejecting a proposal, and every inspection lens and tool: Metadata, Privacy, Provenance, Structure, History, Compare, Clean, Extract, Search and Report.

Your plan includes one shared monthly balance of Syft Credits. Syft Detect, Humanize, Improve and Academic Voice all draw from it, so there are no separate limits to manage.

Credits are used only when Syft runs one of those actions for you. Different actions use different amounts depending on the size and complexity of the task: a Detect analysis of a long document uses more than a short one, and each writing tool has its own price per run, listed on the pricing page.

Opening a lens, reading a result, and accepting or rejecting a proposed edit never use credits. Nor do the inspection lenses and tools: Metadata, Privacy, Provenance, Structure, History, Compare, Clean, Extract, Search and Report.

If an action fails or cannot be completed, credits are not deducted. Re-checking text you have not changed with Syft Detect is free.

Credits reset each month and unused credits do not roll over.

A detector result is not proof of authorship.

When do credits reset? Every month. On Pro, on your billing day; on Free, on the first of the month.

Do unused credits roll over? No. Each month starts from the plan’s full allowance.

What happens if an action fails? Nothing is charged. A reservation is released the moment a model does not complete, and the failed attempt shows in your history with no credits used.

Do cached Detect re-checks cost credits? No. Running Syft Detect again on text you have not changed costs 0 credits.

Can I cancel Pro? Yes. A subscription is managed from Account → Billing, through the same billing provider that took the payment. Syft never holds your card.

Is there a team or institution plan? Not yet. Syft is sold to individuals today, on Free and Pro.

Prices are in USD. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. Allowances reset with the billing cycle.
